Christine founded and manages Open Inclusion, an inclusive insight, design and innovation agency based in London. She helps organisations improve their brand experiences through deeper understanding of the needs of disabled and older consumers or employees. Once barriers are understood, we help design better alternatives that support broader needs, helping make more valuable, robust and innovative solutions. We work across all customer environments; digital, physical, customer service and communications. Christine particularly loves using new and emerging tech and solutions to solve known unmet needs more efficiently, often identifying great mainstream innovations in the process.
