About this Speaker
Andy started his career at BT where he led BT's development of Unified Communications before moving to a strategy consulting role at ADL. Since then the focus of his career has been customer-centred innovation with a particular emphasis on service design and customer experience. More recently Andy has been focused on the transformation of healthcare and is Co-Founder of Vision4Health, a not for profit dedicated to bringing long term thinking to the future of healthcare.
