Speaker expertise

Founder/CEO Noise Solution CIC top 100 performing Social Enterprise (NatWest SE100), MEd Cambridge University - exploring well-being and digital youth work, 20 years experience working with youth in challenging circumstances, 25 years experience as an internationally touring professional musician with a specialism in music technology

Noise Solution is a top 100 performing UK social Enterprise and national impact award finalist this year (NatWest SE100). As an organisation we have pioneered digital approaches to youth work over the last 10 years. Drawing on current academic thought on how we motivate and promote well-being, the organisation blends theory with the design of an online platform that both enhances well-being outcomes and crucially measures them as well. This talk will cover why and how the organisation has leveraged the power of digital to gain it's results and what, given the ability our digital agility has given us to quickly react, some of the lessons and opportunities could be post COVID 19 for digital youth work
