About this session

One of the most frequently asked questions is: why do digital transformation initiatives fail?

The answer to this question is made up of various elements, but the main reason is around people and their reaction to change. Digital transformation is not a project as such, but a culture change, and as with all change, it is predominantly about people, not technology.

In this interactive session, we will explore why change is so hard, and what keeps us human as technologies advance. We hear a lot about creating a digital workplace and a more agile approach to working culture, but what does this mean?

We will look at the skills needed to lead in this environment and discuss how to create the space (physically, virtually and psychologically) for teams and peers to collaborate effectively and bring about sustainable culture change.
